No. Presence Space is not therapy, counselling, or coaching. It is a space of open attention and listening without diagnosis, advice, or treatment.
What happens in a session?
You may speak or sit in silence. You are listened to without judgement or agenda. The space is calm, grounded, and unstructured.
Do I need experience with mindfulness?
No. Nothing is required. Presence is simply noticing what is already here.
What do people come for? People often come when feeling stuck, overwhelmed, in transition, or wanting space to slow down and gain clarity.
